These sessions is simply a grouping of private training clients (2+ at a time) training their own programs at the same time. This will be a benefit for you in helping you save money and get better results if you’re motivated by working out with others. Your initial $50 will be paying for programming and testing, after that you’ll decide on your session times, I can help you decide which people might best suit you to train along side, if you don't already have someone you've brought with you.
A common question is “what happens if someone doesn’t show up for the session?” It will have no affect on your training time or session.
I will require that in order to train semi-privately, you must score at least a 12 on the Functional Movement Screen. Below a 12 on your score indicates to me that there are certain movement patterns and mobility issues which need more attention than I can provide in a multi-person setting.
- A one-time programming and assesssment fee will be charged in addition to your sessions.
- Nutrition programs are encouraged in addition to training for best results.
- Each person will recieve their own plan for weight training and cardio to perform on their own outside of training sessions.
