ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING -60mins
These are one-on-one sessions, the same as many of you are used to. Sessions include all programming for resistance training, cardio, stretching, and some nutrition guidance.
Initial session includes testing, using the Functional Movement Screen, Body Fat, and nutrition profile.
- Rate is $85* per session.
- I encourage new cients to purchase a minimum of 4 sessions in a pack initially, but thereafter, there are no requirements for packages or bundles. Sessions may be purchased singularly.
- It is common for clients to train twice per week as most my programs involve at least two alternating workout routines.
* Rate per session is dropped to $80 when buying a package of 10 or more
