This begins with a 60-minute private session much like private training where I perform all the initial testing and set up I normally do for a private training client. If you're not able to meet in person, an online questionaire will be emailed to you.
After which, instead of privately being coached through your program, you will be given either an emailed or hard copy of your personal 4-6 week resistance, stretching, cardio, and nutrition guidance program. The coaching aspect is weekly emails, video, and/or phone coaching to help you stay on track and make sure the proper changes are being made for your best results.
- Program design is $125 per month.
- Best suited for those not in the Hillsboro area or those who are former long-term clients in need of accountability and new programs.
- If you are unfammiliar with a given exercise, a video version will be sent to you to accompany your workouts.
- Video conferencing will allow me to make sure you understand your workouts and program and check your form.
